Neeraj Agarwal

Neeraj has over 31 years of work experience in different industries in varied roles. He has specialized in Business Strategy, Program Management, Operations, Managing Business, Profitability Management & Team Management in IT/ Manufacturing Industries. In 2006, he set up the NIIT Foundation where he implemented models for providing quality education to under-served youth in rural India as well as urban slums. Neeraj actively participates with an NGO that skills deaf youth for employment with Corporates. Neeraj specializes in building ideas into real ventures by taking Social Ventures to engage with Govt – building PPP projects and valuably connect Not-for-profit entities with Businesses for win-win solutions.

Neeraj is CEO of RuralShores Skills Academy, focused on mainstreaming the rural youth into the knowledge economy. In the past, Neeraj was associated with NIIT Ltd as Senior Vice President & has also worked with KLG Systel Ltd, Qubie Computers, Indian Sugar and Gen Engg Corp, Hindustan Petroleum etc.
